- When we talk or work together
- Your business contact details, anything you share with me about your business, and the details I need to invoice you.
- When you visit this website
- The company that hosts this site records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. I also use analytics tools, which use cookies and similar technology to record how visitors find and use the site, such as the pages you view, how you arrived, and your device and approximate location. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Public business information
- I may look at your company’s website and your public LinkedIn profile to understand your business.
Why I collect it
I use this information to reply to you, discuss and deliver work, send invoices, keep business records, and run and improve this website and my marketing.
How I hold it
Your information is stored in the online services I use to run my business, such as website hosting, email, a customer relationship management (CRM) system, video calls, and accounting software.
Storage outside Australia
Some of these services store information outside Australia, mainly in the United States. This includes messages you send through the contact form on this website.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to correct it, by emailing hello@amyleannabaker.com.au.
Complaints
